About the Role

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into customers.

Since the leads are generated through inbound enquiries, the role primarily involves understanding customer requirements, recommending the right product or service, addressing concerns, following up with interested prospects, and successfully closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and understand customer requirements.
  
• Recommend suitable products or services based on customer needs.
  
• Pitch products/services effectively and convert enquiries into sales.
  
• Handle customer objections and negotiate confidently to close deals.
  
• Follow up with leads that do not convert during the initial interaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  
• Update customer information in the CRM or relevant tracking sheets.
  
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of converted customers.
  
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  
• Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
• Confident and comfortable handling inbound calls.
  
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  
• Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
  
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
  
• Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented mindset are welcome.
  
• Prior experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
