Job Description – Pilot Sales Representative (PSR) 

Position: Pilot Sales Representative (PSR) 

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Role Purpose

To drive secondary and tertiary sales by strengthening distributor, retailer, installer, and EPC engagement, ensuring higher stock rotation, improved market coverage, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive secondary and tertiary sales within the assigned territory.

· Increase distributor stock rotation and retailer offtake.

· Develop and maintain retailers, dealers, and EPC network.

· Conduct regular market visits as per the pre journey plan.

· Promote company products and execute sales initiatives.

· Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

· Submit daily sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualification & Experience

· Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.

· 01-02 Years of experience in Solar/ Electrical/ Battery & Inverter and FMCD segments

Compensation

₹20,000 per month in hand +TA (Rs-4 per KM)
