A Retail Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within a retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and sales trends.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to protect the store and customers.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic math and experience handling cash transactions.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality to fit the store culture.
