Job Description

We are actively seeking a talented Python Developer with a focus on Business Intelligence to join our innovative team. As a Python Developer specializing in Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that empower our organization to make informed business decisions. If you have a passion for turning raw data into actionable insights, leveraging Python, and working with BI tools, we invite you to be a key contributor to our Business Intelligence development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Develop and maintain ETL processes for seamless data integration from various sources into our BI system.
• Report Development: Design and create interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.
• Data Modeling: Implement data models and structures to support efficient reporting and analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize queries and data processes for improved BI system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Automation: Implement automation scripts using Python to streamline BI processes and reduce manual effort.
• Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Python Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python with a focus on Business Intelligence development.
• BI Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• SQL Knowledge: Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Data Modeling: Understanding of data modeling principles for effective BI solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing BI processes.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer with a focus on Business Intelligence development.
• BI Certifications: Relevant certifications in BI tools and technologies.
• ETL Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of databases and data warehousing concepts.
