Technical Lead:

We are looking for a Technical Specialist in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft technologies with experience in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio/AI Foundry, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have an exploratory mindset and continuously work on new technology updates in Power Platform and Microsoft AI services.

Position Summary

• 8+yrs of experience in a similar profile with strong service delivery background
• Experience in design and development of business applications in web technologies.
• Design and development of applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Explore new features in Power plaform Copilot Studio, copilot Agents and come up with solution approaches
• Define and develop proof of concepts with latest features in Power platform copilot echo system
• Good knowledge on infrastructure architecture including cloud solutions
• Plan and implement version control of source control (Github, Azure repo etc)
• Define and implement best practises for software development
• Excellent computer skills - proficient in excel, PowerPoint, word and outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
• Own and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Ability to analyse and suggest solutions
• Strong command on verbal and written English language
• Understands design methods, tools, major phases, checkpoints and deliverables in the application and software development lifecycle
• Participates in application and software design and development under supervision; writes code to implement software / application components
• Creates and maintains updated documentation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and development of application using Microsoft technologies.
• Design and development of applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Good understanding of architecture patterns in application development
• Experience on ASP.net, Angular JS, React, typescript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, bootstrap, Json, XML
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing APIs using REST protocol
• Experience in designing power platform-based solutions using dataverse, copilot studio
• Exposure to conversational intelligence bot development using copilot
• Experience in developing copilot Agents
• Work with business analysts/consultants and other necessary teams to create a strong solution
• Should have in depth understanding and experience of database technologies like SQL Server, Cosmos DB etc
• Define unit test cases based on user scenarios and test it
• Should have expertise in creating solution design documentation
• Should be able to train and build a team of technical developers
• Desired to have knowledge on any of the cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS
• Should be able to build strong relationship with project stakeholders
