Zoho One Developer - SEH

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Zoho One Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using the Zoho One platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Zoho applications, Deluge scripting, APIs, integrations, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions across Zoho One applications based on business requirements.
  

• Configure and manage applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications.
  

• Create custom functions and workflows using Deluge.
  

• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs.
  

• Design custom modules, forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
  

• Understand business requirements and convert them into effective Zoho solutions.
  

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to users.
  

• Maintain data integrity, security, and access permissions across Zoho applications.
  

• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of new solutions.
  

• Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
  

• Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON is preferred.
  

• Strong understanding of Deluge scripting.
  

• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.( if any)
  

• Good understanding of workflows, automation, custom functions, and business processes.
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

• Good communication and documentation skills.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
