Manager - Network Development

Powered by advanced tech tools and unique data-gathering approaches, 1Lattice offers an integrated product suite to make decisions smartly, right from Inputs to Validation, Execution and Measurement. 1Lattice works with clients and partners globally, helping them solve a wide variety of business and organizational problems through actionable research-led insights.</p><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>1Network Development</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Mandate:</strong> Build, deepen and continuously improve 1Network across Members, Individual Partners (IPs), Organizational Partners (OPs), Network IP and Network Operations, improving coverage, quality, engagement, speed and economics.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Roles and responsibilities:</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>1. Member Network</strong><br>Build and strengthen the proprietary member base across B2C, B2B and Professionals. Own member acquisition, onboarding, profiling, verification, segmentation, engagement, retention/reactivation, quality scoring and identification of coverage gaps.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>2. Individual Partners (IPs)</strong><br>Build and manage the network of individual partners who provide access to members/sample. Own IP identification, onboarding, capability mapping, engagement, performance reviews, quality assessment, commercials and development of high-performing IPs.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>3. Organizational Partners (OPs)</strong><br>Build and manage organizations that provide sample/recruitment capabilities. Own partner sourcing, onboarding, commercial negotiations, capability and coverage mapping, ongoing engagement, performance scorecards, quality reviews and replacement/development of weak partners.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>4. Network IP</strong><br>Build reusable proprietary knowledge from the network: feasibility benchmarks, incidence rates, CPI benchmarks, sample availability, member profiles, IP/OP capability maps, historical performance, quality/fraud signals, recruitment approaches and other accumulated network intelligence.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>5. Network Operations &amp; Infrastructure</strong><br>Continuously improve the machinery behind 1Network: member/IP/OP databases, CRM hygiene, onboarding workflows, SOPs, dashboards, technology and automation, governance, capacity visibility, performance measurement and process improvement.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Competencies and skills:</strong></p><ul dir="ltr"><li>4-6 years of experience in market research, panel / sample / community management, vendor management or data services, including experience guiding a team.</li><li>Good understanding of the sample and panel ecosystem: member acquisition and engagement, IP/OP models, feasibility, incidence rates, CPI economics and data quality / fraud prevention.</li><li>Strong vendor and partner management skills, including commercial negotiation and performance reviews.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn network and performance data into benchmarks and decisions.</li><li>Process orientation, with working knowledge of CRM, databases, dashboards and SOPs, and the ability to work with technology teams.</li><li>Team management skills: coaching, delegating and building team culture.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written (slide / text output) and verbal, for internal stakeholders and external partners.</li></ul>
