To support/assist Subsea Intervention with the objective of Safely execution to ensure that the Job is carried out as per Procedure. Co-ordinate with Logistic/Spares /Base workshop Engineer to make available all intervention tooling for any planned & Unplanned activities.
Job Accountabilities
Assist in preparation and development Intervention procedure and acquire knowledge to perform the task independently
Ensure correctness of VMIR issued with the Intervention procedure in-terms of torque values & interface requirement
Keep history of all Intervention activities along with time taken for the job completion
Adhere to Intervention SOP and ensure all Lesson Learned related to continuous improvement of SOP are closed and up-to date;
Review to subsea trees and all ROV interfaces and systems available to carry out well intervention works and ensure fit for purpose interfaces
Maintains a log of operations events, lessons learned reports, and deviation request
Support ROV operated Valve movement & Trouble shooting in the field
Adherence to PTW/MOC system for carrying out Interventions
Review of Standard Operating procedures / Work Instructions for Intervention, Standard Operating procedures
Review SITs Procedure for ROV accessibility
Participate in FEED & Detail Engineering activities for upcoming Brown Field Projects from O&M group.
Participate in FEED/Engineering Study for all In-House project w.r.t new subsea equipment installation related to Subsea System modification/ repair/ operation/ inspection
Participate in HAZID/HAZOP/RA for all Intervention & Hardware Activities and implementation of mitigating measures /emergency actions assigned
Support HSE with all required inputs from Intervention group such as RA / HAZID / HAZOP / Safety Observations / Meetings etc
Support intervention activities for handing over and taking over the subsea assets to & from Drilling & Completion / Projects in safe manner
Interface with all disciplines to obtain relevant data that may require Intervention inputs
Skill & Competencies
Key technical / functional competencies and skills required # Familiar with Subsea Intervention and Installation.
Familiar with International codes & standards, Lifting Analysis, Sea fastening, installation, Operations, Subsea Production System
Familiar with FAT, SIT, and SAT.
Familiar with Subsea Production System Installation & Design.
Knowledge of HAZOP / HAZID / RA and Risk Mgmt.
Should have good Communication, Teaming & Analytical skills and understanding of Planning & Organization; Interpersonal relations; Technical Report writing
Education Required
Bachelor/Master#s Degree in engineering
Experience Required
3 to 5 years# experience in Oil & Gas out of which 2 years in Subsea/Deepwater Maintenance activities
