Role And Responsibilities

• Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of writers, ensuring they adhere to SOP (quality standards and meet deadlines).
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members for skill development and performance improvement.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Develop and implement efficient work-flows for writing/Projects, editing, and proofreading.
• Streamline processes to enhance productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Quality Assurance:
• Establish and enforce content quality standards and guidelines.
• Conduct regular reviews of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with writers/ Experts to provide constructive feedback and implement improvements.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and Customer Support, to ensure content aligns with requirements provided.
• Coordinate project deliveries, priorities, and resource allocation for optimal project delivery.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Regularly analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
