Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives, managing project timelines, and utilizing global delivery capabilities to enhance service quality. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes to address challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in security practices. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design. - Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks. - Experience with security compliance standards and regulations. - Ability to design and implement security solutions tailored to organizational needs. - Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery planning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
