Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Core Developer with 5–10 years of experience in backend and data-driven application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server, and API development, along with a good working knowledge of Power BI. This role is based in Indore and requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement backend services using .NET Core and SQL Server.
• Build and optimize scalable APIs for internal and external consumers.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, integrating data from various sources.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging complex issues.
• Collaborate with frontend and other backend developers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
• Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  
  

• .NET Core (Strong):
• Advanced experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of design patterns, best coding practices, and robust code documentation.
• SQL (Strong):
• Expertise with MS SQL Server—query optimization, stored procedures, relational schema design, and performance tuning.
• Strong data modeling and hands-on experience with complex joins, aggregation, and transaction management.
• API (Strong):
• Proven experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful and/or SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of API security, scalability, and best practices for enterprise integrations.
• Power BI (Good):
• Good working knowledge of Power BI for reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Experience with DAX, Power BI Desktop, and integrating BI reporting with backend APIs and databases.
• Communication (Good):
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
  
  

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to data analytics tools beyond Power BI, such as Tableau or Looker.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control using Git/Azure DevOps.
