- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and best practices.
- Experience with system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies
