Job Title: Airport Ground Staff Company: Bluespirit Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit, a leading airport-based company in Indore, is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providing exceptional service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flights, fares, schedules, and airport facilities
• Check and process passengers tickets, passports, and other travel documents
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport and airline regulations
• Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing flight documents and maintaining passenger records
• Keep the airport terminal and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
• Continuously update knowledge of airport and airline regulations and procedures. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required. We Offer:
