• Assisting passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling
• Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities
• Conducting security checks and screening of passengers and their baggage
• Ensuring the timely and safe loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft
• Coordinating with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates
• Adhering to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when necessary
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
