Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Customize and enhance CG cloud based mobile applications to work efficiently in offline and low connectivity scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain mobile application features supporting offline data synchronization and caching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration team, backend developers to implement robust mobile solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to offline functionality and synchronization conflicts.
  • Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and user experience in offline modes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand customization requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Implement security best practices for offline data storage and transmission.
  • Document customization processes, solutions, and provide technical support.
  • Review releases from Salesforce.com/Managed package Apps on regular basis to determine new features that are appropriate for end users.
  • 4-8 years of experience in mobile application development with a focus on cloud integration and offline functionality.
  • Good hands on and understanding of Consumer Goods cloud
  • Proficient in mobile development platforms such as Android and/or iOS.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce cloud platforms and their mobile SDKs.
  • Experience with offline data synchronization techniques, caching strategies, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of CG pipelines and VS code modeler is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML,HTML,CSS data formats, and integration with backend services.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills-

  • At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud.
  • Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks (ReactJS,React Native).
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQLite.
  • Understanding of security protocols and data encryption standards for mobile apps.
  • Exposure to version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with deployment process for CG cloud Offline Mobile packages.
  • Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to look at technical processes from a strategic standpoint and understand the inter-relationships.
  • Recommend to team members or customers the appropriate and optimal use/configuration of a custom build solution.
  • Lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs
  • Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long term viability, integrity, and adoption
  • Strong in agile methodologies and capable of working as IC and also working with the larger team.
