In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Learning and Development team you will support the implementation of innovative learning solutions that enhance employee growth and engagement. As an Associate you will be expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with advanced learning technologies and collaborate with a global team to drive impactful learning experiences.

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelors Degree in Computer and Information Science
• Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Understanding of NASBA rules
• Basic knowledge of CPE requirements and awarding process
• Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Maintaining awareness of emerging learning technology trends
• Possessing a service-oriented mindset for customer satisfaction
