Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate Embee Software’s brand presence across digital and offline channels. This role will focus on designing high-impact visual assets—from social media creatives and event collateral to product brochures and UI mockups —that drive engagement, support marketing campaigns, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate combines design excellence with strategic thinking to translate business goals into compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and event collateral.
• Develop videos for various business lines and for posting on social media.
• Assist in developing UI/UX elements for web and app interfaces.
• Support senior designers in executing brand campaigns and ABM initiatives.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and mockups for marketing assets.
• Collaborate with content and digital teams to align visuals with messaging.
• Maintain and organize design libraries and templates.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2 -4 years of professional experience in graphic design (internships count).
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work across media types.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for branding and storytelling through design.
