Were combining this experience to build an AI-enabled service from the ground up. Your Role on the Team 🚀

As our Founding AI Product Engineer, you will be a strategic partner in our success. We’re looking for a builder who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and own critical parts of our technical foundation. Your primary mission will be to architect and construct the AI-powered operating system that runs our entire business.

• Own the Execution: Youre the one who makes our vision a reality. You’ll take on complex challenges and own the technical execution from start to finish, independently designing the implementation details and shipping high-quality systems.
• Drive Outcomes, Not Just Code: You thrive in an early-stage environment where the best solution might not be more code. Youll wear many hats: digging into data, talking with our first customers to understand their needs, and defining new operational processes from scratch.
• Solve Foundational Engineering Puzzles: You will tackle the foundational challenges of building for scale from day one. This means making pragmatic architectural decisions, ensuring data integrity, and building the robust technical platform upon which our future depends.
• Shape Our Technical DNA: You will be instrumental in setting the engineering culture, standards, and best practices that will define how we build for years to come.

• Have 2-3 years of professional experience building and shipping production software systems.
