Job Role: Welder / Fitter

Job Description

• Perform welding, fitting, fabrication, and basic metalwork activities as per job requirements.
• Read and understand basic measurements, drawings, and specifications.
• Cut, assemble, align, and fit metal components accurately.
• Operate welding machines, cutting tools, grinding machines, and other workshop equipment.
• Inspect welded joints and finished components to ensure quality.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Complete assigned welding and fitting work within required timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.
