Job Role: Warehouse In-charge

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, order processing, and overall warehouse performance.
• Prepare and maintain regular warehouse and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, suppliers, and other departments.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of dangerous goods as per applicable procedures.
• Supervise warehouse activities and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the warehouse.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management and inventory operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Must have a bike and smartphone.
