About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer with over 4 years of hands-on experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade
multi-tenant SaaS products. candidate will be a key player in shaping the user experience of complex platforms like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRMS, CRM, Payroll, and Communication Tools.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design:
Design complex interfaces such as dashboards, workflow builders, chat tools, job/assessment flows, and third-party integration UIs for enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Wireframing to Prototyping:
Translate product vision and user requirements into low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mockups in Figma.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with developers and product managers to iterate quickly, manage design handoffs, and ensure implementation consistency.
- Third-Party Integration UX:
Design Intuitive Experiences Around Integrations Such As
- Zoom
- Job Boards (e.g., Dice, Monster)
- Google APIs (e.g., Calendar)
- QuickBooks, Payroll Tools
- VOIP, VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
- Chrome Plugins and Extensions
- Multi-Tenant Architecture UX:
Create scalable design systems and experiences suited for multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Interaction & Accessibility:
Build interactive prototypes, follow best practices in WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, and conduct usability testing.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Proven experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms such as
Ceipal,
Oorwin, or similar enterprise tools.
- Third-Party Tools Integration UX:
Strong Understanding Of Workflows Involving Third-party Systems Like
- Job Boards (Dice, Monster, etc.)
- Payroll & Accounting (QuickBooks)
- Google Calendar
- Chrome Plugin UX
- Zoom meetings & video call scheduling
- Chatbots and real-time chat UIs
- Figma Expertise:
Mastery In
- Auto-layout, Variants, Design Tokens
- Shared libraries and component reuse
- Prototyping and interaction design
- User-Centered Design Process:
Familiarity with user research methods, A/B testing, usability testing, journey mapping, and iterative design.
