Air Ticketing Executive / Travel Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create PNRs, reserve seats, and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
• Handle ticket bookings, rebookings, date changes, and cancellations.
• Process refunds according to company policies and airline rules.
• Assist customers with queries related to fares, baggage allowances, flight schedules, and itineraries.
• Provide customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Explain ticketing terms, cancellation policies, and travel requirements to customers.
• Collect payments securely and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain proper booking and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel service providers when required.
• Resolve booking and ticketing-related issues promptly.
• Ensure all ticketing and payment activities are completed accurately.
