Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Tandoor dishes according to standard recipes.
• Operate and manage the tandoor safely and efficiently.
• Prepare marination, dough, spices, and other ingredients required for tandoor cooking.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, texture, and presentation of food.
• Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure proper cooking of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor and kitchen area.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy service hours.
• Maintain proper availability of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
• Skills: Tandoor Chef, Tandoor Cooking
• English Level: No English Required
