Store Manager / Outlet Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor store expenses, wastage, inventory, and operational costs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Train, supervise, motivate, and manage store staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
• Maintain Keventers’ standards for product quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
• Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage and pilferage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor cash handling, billing, daily collections, and store closing procedures.
• Analyze daily and weekly sales reports and take corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and management teams.
• Ensure the store, equipment, and customer areas are clean and well maintained.
• Implement company promotions and ensure proper execution of marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records, sales reports, inventory records, and other store documentation.
