Your Impact

We are part of the OpenText Application Development family specializing in Test Management and Functional Testing solutions. Our products enable customers to test earlier and faster with AI-driven test automation across an unparalleled range of technologies—covering browsers, mobile devices, operating systems, and form factors—delivered from the cloud or on-premises. These solutions empower enterprises to achieve automation at scale, tightly integrated with their DevOps toolchains.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, hands-on Senior Manager, Software Engineering who can lead and develop a team of software engineers. You will be expected to manage the dynamics of a fast-paced environment, guide teams through complex challenges, and drive innovation in software development and integrations.

What The Role Offers

• Leverage your technical expertise in Java, C++, and C# to guide and coach the team in delivering high-quality Windows-based applications.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring strong practices in design, development, unit testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to design and implement seamless integrations between UFT One and other OpenText solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to align outcomes with organizational goals.
• Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams by fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and enabling professional growth.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and apply them effectively within the team.
• Drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and encourage adoption of agile development practices.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in software development with at least 5+ years as a people manager in enterprise software development.
• Strong expertise in Java, C++, and C# technologies with hands-on development experience.
• Solid understanding of the complete software development lifecycle including testing and deployment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and inspire high performance.
• Strong leadership in project management with the ability to balance quality and delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and conduct group discussions.
• Experience in integration strategies and delivering seamless solutions across products.
• Knowledge of AWS services and familiarity with COM/DCOM Windows technologies will be an added advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
