The Opportunity

As a seasoned experienced professional advanced in your area of expertise, the Sr. HR Business Partner is responsible for implementing strategic HR programs aligned with business goals for Planview India. This role functions as a key, influential partner to business & leadership teams, driving the people agenda and providing solutions to complex issues in creative and effective ways.

The successful candidate will accelerate business growth and amplify organizational culture through organization and talent strategies that ensure Planview India has the right skill sets, structure, and environment to foster high-performing teams.

You will act as a people champion, a business accelerator, and a data-driven change leader. This is an individual contributor role that operates with minimal supervision.

What Youll Do

Strategic HR Leadership and Consulting

Act as a key partner to leadership teams with direct accountability for driving the people agenda.

Provide thought leadership to managers and key stakeholders as input to direction setting.

Use a deep understanding of the business strategy to identify required future skills and capabilities, and build plans to hire, develop, and retain the necessary talent.

Organizational Design and Change Management

Lead organizational change management efforts and strategic improvements to organizational design.

Frame organizational design options that accelerate speed and reduce friction in getting work accomplished.

Talent Management and Performance

Drive performance management strategies, coaching leaders to effectively manage performance in the best interest of the business.

Collaborate with leaders on leadership development and management enablement.

Drive improvement efforts in key metrics such as engagement, retention, and leadership capability.

HR Operations Excellence

Lead employee relations initiatives, including complex issues that may require leadership support.

Operate seamlessly with key partners across the broader Global HRBP’s, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.

Use HR technologies and people analytics platforms to work quickly and proactively identify trends.

Implement HR policies and procedures and suggest/implement HR process optimization.

What Youll Bring

10+ years’ experience in an HR role partnering with executives to build high-performing teams and lead change.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree (in a Human Resources-related field preferred), or equivalent work experience.

Strong business acumen—demonstrated ability to learn business objectives quickly and influence talent and organizational decisions that impact business outcomes.

Experience building organization strategy and talent plan that sets clear talent priorities.

Experience building trusted relationships with executives as well as managers and employees.

Advanced understanding of HR metrics and analytics; strong analytical skills with the ability to take direct ownership of interpreting data and using data to influence decision making.

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including solid understanding of laws and regulations.
