Job Description

Position Title: SAP FICO Senior/Lead Consultant

Job Location: Mumbai/Pune

Experience: 6+ Years

Mandatory: Eligible only for CA/ICWA candidates

Required Skills

▪ 6+years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP implementation, integration, and support.

▪ Experienced in architecting solutions for SAP projects in the SAP FICO area.

▪ Strong understanding of core SAP FICO including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform and Knowledge on SAP Business AI along with SAP Public Cloud

▪ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

▪ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

▪ CA or ICWA degree

Responsibilities

▪ Be the solution champion in SAP FICO.

▪ Provide strategic direction and guidance to our customers.

▪ Develop and implement strategies to grow our SAP services, including expanding service offerings, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships.

▪ Be the trusted partner for our customer CFO.

▪ Oversee and validate the solutioning of our SAP propositions.

▪ Work with our internal stakeholders in transforming our talent by providing guidance on training, hiring and continuous improvement activities.

▪ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to promote our SAP service offerings.

▪ Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide thought leadership within the organization.

▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
