What Youll Do At Pega

Software Design and Development

• Actively participate in design and development of applications. Leverage best in class Pega technology to drive the design, implementation, quality, and support for GOALS -> EPICS -> User stories using scaled agile methodology.
• Willingness to work on Pega platform
• Assist in the identification of enhancements to Pega’s products, and c ollaborate with product management to help define and align product goals with software deliverables Technologies you will work on – Pega, REST Services, Postgres, Oracle, DB2, Tomcat
  
  

• Follow scrum practices and report work status, progress and impediments in a timely fashion.
• Become technically proficient with Pega Platform technology/tools.
• Learn to use platform diagnostic tools to identify and communicate any potential risks/defects in the application.
  
  

• You are a Software Developer who is passionate about software development, and strive to find simple, elegant solutions to complex real-world business problems.
• You are a proven performer who is driven by code quality, cleanliness, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• You are passionate about learning new technologies and are interested in utilizing the power of model-driven development to architect and implement low-code enterprise applications.

• 2 - 3 years of software development experience using Java and related technologies in analysis, design, and application deployment of Enterprise application systems.
• Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP.
• Exposure to technologies and frameworks like JavaScript, Spring etc.
• Good experience/understanding of CSS, HTML is desired.
• Proven problem solving approach for creating code based solutions for real-world client problems.
