Job purpose:

Experienced consultant at a senior level within the IT Advisory Services team, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics projects for global clients.

Your client responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical team lead for SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics implementation and AMS projects.
  • Lead project teams in business transformation and managed services engagements within the SAP domain.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements in RTM and Reports/Dashboard inventory
  • Deliver key project artifacts including Workbooks, functional specifications, and test scripts (unit and integration) aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison with onsite coordinators, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Oversee project planning and progress monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of team outputs.
  • Mentor team members throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Manager and onshore stakeholders.
  • Engage with customer representatives as required to support project success.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to travel to client locations when necessary.

Mandatory skills:

  • Possess 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting, including at least two full-cycle implementations.
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting.
  • Proficient in creating reports using all SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
  • Strong functional understanding of minimum one SuccessFactors modules as Employee Central, Compensation, etc.
  • Well-versed in standard SAP SuccessFactors reports and their applications.
  • Knowledgeable in reporting-related activities during instance refreshes.
  • Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors release management processes.
  • Deep expertise in the Story reporting tool and its enablement.
  • Experience working in both onshore and offshore roles.
  • Contributed to RFPs for reporting solutions, showcasing solutioning capabilities.
  • Holds a BE/BTech/MCA degree, backed by solid industry experience of 4 to 7 years.

Preferred skills:

  • Should have strong process experience in SAP SuccessFactors domain
  • SAC Analytics & Planning experience will be an added advantage
  • Should have understanding and experience of integration best practices.
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management skills
