Job Summary

Looking for a Senior Network Engineer / Network Administrator with strong experience in enterprise network administration, security, troubleshooting, and Tier 2/3 support. The role will focus on Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN, network segmentation, and IT/OT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Meraki, and Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN.
• Configure and maintain routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for network, firewall, wireless, and SD-WAN issues.
• Implement network security, IT/OT segmentation, and firewall policies.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Support upgrades, migrations, patching, backups, and configuration management.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical issues.
  
  

• Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Strong experience with Cisco Meraki switching and wireless.
• Experience with Aruba EdgeConnect / Silver Peak SD-WAN.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and network security.
• Experience with network segmentation and firewall policies.
• Understanding of IT/OT network environments and segmentation principles.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of high availability and network redundancy concepts.
• Experience with patching, upgrades, configuration management, and change management.
  
  

• Palo Alto Networks certifications.
• Cisco / Meraki certifications.
• Aruba networking certifications.
• CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification.
• Relevant security or SD-WAN certifications.
  
  

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to design and plan network solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security.
• Ability to work independently and handle escalated issues.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Strong focus on security, availability, and operational stability.
