Your impact
- Perform variety of modeling assignments under minimal supervision.
- Interface with engineers, our clients, and other consultants through clear communication and drawings.
- Ability to develop 3D BIM models using Revit on all different LOD levels.
- Managing CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects to completion within time.
- Responsible for complete clash detection and clash resolution for projects, with other disciplines.
- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Knowledge of BIM Protocol, ISO 19650 and related BIM standards
- Creating and Managing Clash Analysis, Family Creation for the Projects
- Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications.
- Adhere to the schedule and quality requirements.
- Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Undertake self-checking initiatives whilst maintaining quality control of junior BIM modelers works and ensure adherence to all relevant design criteria and standards

- Possess Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Knowledge of domestic & international ELV/ICT codes & building codes.
- Hands on experience working with BIM 360/ACC platform and design review process.
- Ability to work under pressure and with moderate amount of supervision.
- Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.
Software Expectations
- Revit MEP
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Knowledge of other software’s like Civil3D, MicroStation, Revitzo is an added advantage.
- Any knowledge in Design Automation is added advantage.
- Diploma/BE/B Tech
- 10-12 years of experience in BIM modelling for ELV/Electrical system.
