What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5 Years
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience / expertise in MS Excel 2007 or higher.
• Proven demonstrable flair and creativity in design.
• Experience / expertise in MS Access and Macros
• Prior experience in an MIS report production role.
• Experience handling large datasets
• Ad-hoc reports
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize production workflow.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Experience in working with cross functional departments.
• IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Highly self-motivated.
• A strong analytical and logical focus to problem solving.
  
  

• To manage the workload and production of reports on a timely manner.
• To ensure all reports are delivered to schedule with the highest standards of accuracy.
• To monitor and address any performance issues within your remit and ensure correct procedures are followed.
• Always protect the integrity of the product through presenting reports in a professional and ethical manner.
• Participate in training and development initiatives as required.
• Must be able to clearly understand requirements through user interaction available across all regions
• Ability to work independently and manage your time and priorities effectively.
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a pro-active manner.
• A strong analytical and logical focus to problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate updates to the team.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment.
