What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5 Years
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience / expertise in MS Excel 2007 or higher.
Proven demonstrable flair and creativity in design.
Experience / expertise in MS Access and Macros
Prior experience in an MIS report production role.
Experience handling large datasets
Ad-hoc reports
Proven ability to manage and prioritize production workflow.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Experience in working with cross functional departments.
IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office products.
Strong multitasking skills.
Highly self-motivated.
A strong analytical and logical focus to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
To manage the workload and production of reports on a timely manner.
To ensure all reports are delivered to schedule with the highest standards of accuracy.
To monitor and address any performance issues within your remit and ensure correct procedures are followed.
Always protect the integrity of the product through presenting reports in a professional and ethical manner.
Participate in training and development initiatives as required.
Must be able to clearly understand requirements through user interaction available across all regions
Ability to work independently and manage your time and priorities effectively.
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a pro-active manner.
A strong analytical and logical focus to problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate updates to the team.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent Presentation skills
