Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking AT L3 (3 to 8 years of experience)

 Balanced scorecard categories

 Time Type and Time Type Groups – Up to 10

 Knowledge on Multiple Work Schedules (Duration, Clock Times, and shifts)

 Hands on experience on Leave Types and Leave Balances as per labour law of Client

 Auto delegation configured with different leave types

 Experience on Time Valuation Profiles & Time Recording Profiles

 Experience on Grade Rounding Work Schedules

 Good knowlegde on Configuration of company specific leaves and leave quotas. Up to 15 leaves

 Configuration of Holiday and Holiday Calendars must be known

 Automatic quota creation with company specific accrual policies.

 Approval matrix for leave application.

 Idea on Up to 3-time attendance policy across the organization & Overtime minimum & maximum hours calculation Business Rules (Up to 15)

 Creating Standard Reports

General

Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels

Leadership through communication, coaching, and mentoring to achieve collective success

Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels

Excellent soft skills and verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
