SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of HR technology solutions. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, troubleshooting, and go-live support. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in Employee Central, a proven track record in managing complex integrations, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

💼 Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in relevant fields.

JD:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a specific focus on Employee Central.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced configuration of Business Rules, MDF, and Position Management.

  • Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

  • Proven experience with Employee Central Integrations(EC to Payroll, EC to Third-Party).
