Job Description:

▪ Should have 6+ years’ experience as FICO Consultant & should have done end to end 2 implementations

projects, preferably S4 Hana.

▪ SAP FICO consultant is mainly responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions.

leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, often in close cooperation with the client’sfinance team.

▪ Configure Globalsettings and Enterprise structure settings.

▪ Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.

▪ Understanding the businessrequirement ofthe organization Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the

project.

▪ Validate the reports requirements Validate any changes in customize.

▪ Conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization ofthe solution and continuous

improvements.

▪ Provide training to end-user and prepare End user training Document.

▪ Attend meetings with the client to gather Information on their current business processes and prepare a

document.

▪ Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.

▪ Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.

▪ Functional testing and Integration Testing.

▪ Prepare workflow which is sequence of business processesflow to complete the project within defined scope,

budget, and time.

▪ Hypercare support (Production support after the product go Live)

▪ Should have worked in manufacturing industrieslike FMCG, Automobile, Steel, Textiles, etc.

▪ Experience to Service sector industries will be an added advantage.

▪ SAP Certification and exposure to SAP S/4 HANA will be added advantage.

▪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely.

▪ Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management Proven ability to transfer

knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.

▪ Need to be a team player: You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo and know how to

communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently bachelor’s or

master’s degree.

▪ Able to link the business wish to an IT solution Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow
