As a Manager, Youll Work As Part Of a Team Of Problem Solvers, Helping To Solve Complex Business Issues From Strategy To Execution. PwC Professional Skills And Responsibilities For This Management Level Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the implementation and ongoing operations of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Cloud ALM platforms.
• Ensure optimal setup, configuration, and administration of ALM tools for:
• System Monitoring
• Change Request Management (ChaRM)
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Test Suite
• Business Process Monitoring
• Align ALM tools with business and ITIL processes, ensuring best practices in lifecycle management.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with cloud-based SAP S/4HANA and other hybrid landscapes.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis teams to ensure technical integration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of SolMan & Cloud ALM components.
• Develop and deliver governance models, usage guidelines, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Perform root cause analysis for ALM tool issues and support performance tuning.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and SAP support to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
• Stay updated with SAP roadmaps and recommend innovations and upgrades in ALM tools.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to junior team members and business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects. Familiarity with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and Fiori launchpad monitoring. Knowledge of Solution Documentation, Focused Build/Insights, and Agile project templates. Experience with both on-premise and cloud landscapes. Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; SAP certifications are a plus. Deep understanding of ALM concepts, SAP Activate methodology, and ITIL practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–12 years of experience in SAP environment, with at least 5 years hands-on in SAP SolMan and 2+ years in SAP Cloud ALM. Proven experience in configuring and supporting:

• ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, Test Management, BPMon, Custom Code Management
