Those in Salesforce service at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services for Salesforce applications related to customer service and support. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce service applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their customer service processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead a team of problem solvers, helping clients navigate complex business challenges from strategy to execution. As a Manager, you are accountable for overseeing project management activities, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring junior staff to foster their development and success.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Degree in BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech
  • Possessing Zuora Revenue/Billing or Oracle RMCS certification
  • Demonstrating proficiency in accounting standards implementation
  • Leading successful project deliveries in Revenue Cloud
  • Integrating data from ERP systems to revenue tools
  • Guiding teams in project management activities
  • Ensuring quality assurance in deliverables
  • Collaborating with partner firms for proposals
  • Managing multiple projects effectively
