Restaurant Captain / Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and coordinate with the outlet staff.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
• Handle procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
• Monitor food costs, wastage, stock levels, and stock variances.
• Manage Swiggy, Zomato, POS, and direct customer orders.
• Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and employee productivity.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and food-quality requirements.
• Support recruitment, employee training, and team management.
• Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor overall outlet performance and address operational issues promptly.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, service quality, and operational standards.
  
  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in restaurant operations and team coordination is an advantage.
