Job Role: Purchase Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day procurement and purchase activities.
• Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, quotations, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and procurement requirements.
• Follow up with vendors regarding shortages, delays, quality issues, or discrepancies.
• Support inventory and stock-related coordination when required.
