Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Unit Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings and reservations on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental platforms.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs and provide necessary instructions and support.
• Schedule and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections.
• Ensure rental properties are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with required supplies.
• Handle guest complaints, issues, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy rates, and calendar availability to maximize revenue.
• Manage booking confirmations, payments, and security deposits.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and other service providers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain excellent guest experiences and ensure high service standards.
  
  

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience managing listings on rental platforms is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance and cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with guests, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  
  

• Previous experience in short-term rental or hospitality management.
• Familiarity with property management tools and channel managers.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and pricing strategies.
