Our customers on Pega Cloud as-a-service are rapidly growing. We are looking for a Product Manager who will help us drive the vision for the capacity and commercial services in Pega Cloud.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. This includes defining product requirements, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful product releases.

Pega Cloud provides the environments, operations, security, and scalability to operate and support Pega solutions. Our service delivers the best Pega has to offer in an available, reliable, and secure modern cloud architecture.

Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you’ll help us define and deliver the next generation of Pega Cloud services. As a Product Manager, you will drive, prioritize, and communicate the work that our engineering teams need to deliver based on business needs.

What Youll Do At Pega

• Collaborate directly with the development teams to clearly communicate business needs and convert these into detailed plans for implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with other parts of the business (engineering, architecture, business, operations, project management, management) to build a strong support ecosystem around your product.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitor offerings, present recommendations to senior leadership and Cloud Product Management Team.
• Oversee and administer key aspects of Pega’s Product Development Lifecycle, including requirements preparation and review, conducting Agile ceremonies, reviewing and contributing to product documentation & release notes.
• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features and functionalities based on stakeholders ‘needs and business impact.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and gather user feedback to analyze product adoption and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and gather user feedback on the product.
• Mentorship of other Product Owners and Development teams

• Proven ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of product management experience in a technical domain, preferably in cloud infrastructure or platform services.
• Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and managing services
• Experience in software development or cloud technologies
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM (as a Product Owner)
• Ability to effectively describe and demonstrate product functionality to internal and external stakeholders & clients
• Demonstrates the understanding on AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.) and SaaS delivery models.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of capacity planning and entitlement governance
  
  

• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and operational scaling.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and cloud security principles.
