Position: Project Management Officer

Segment: Railways / Telecom / Construction

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 5 to 7 Year

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Civil/ECE/EEE/Mech.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Organization: Assisting with the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Resource Management: Coordinating resources (people, equipment, materials) needed for the project.
• Schedule Management: Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Communication: Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, logs, and meeting minutes.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
