Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple programs and projects within the assigned portfolio.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop integrated program plans, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and drive resolution of escalations.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, including SOP98 and SOX requirements.
• Responsible for leading PMO related activities required for compliance and governance.
• Ability to individually lead complex initiatives.
  
  

People Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing team of project and program managers.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation and workload balancing across the team.
  
  

Governance & Reporting

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, templates, and processes.
• Track and report on portfolio performance, KPIs, and financial metrics.
• Partner with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business partners.
• Facilitate decision-making through clear communication and data-driven insights.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global programs and lead diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance, and financial compliance (SOP98, SOX).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
