Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare food items according to kitchen requirements and standard recipes.
Maintain proper taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Assist with chopping, cleaning, cutting, and other preparation activities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking area.
Handle kitchen utensils and equipment safely.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Assist the kitchen team during busy hours.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operating procedures.
Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organized.
