<p style=" line-height:normal;">We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Security to monitor, maintain, and secure enterprise network infrastructure and IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident management, network troubleshooting, security operations.</p><div><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>Implement and enforce network access control (NAC) and endpoint security policies.</li><li>Conduct &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests (VAPT) and mitigate identified risks.</li><li>Use network monitoring tools &nbsp; to &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; monitor performance, uptime, and security.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve network issues related to latency, packet loss, or device failures.</li><li>Monitor network logs and intrusion detection systems for anomalies or unauthorizedaccess attempts.</li><li>Ensure high availability (HA) and implement disaster recovery (DR) and failover mechanisms for mission-critical services.</li><li>Prepare and maintain performance &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; reports, network topology diagrams, and audit documentation.</li><li>Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and intrusion prevention systems across servers and user endpoints.</li><li>Implement security patches, OS updates, and firmware upgrades across network and security appliances.</li><li>Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, CERT-In, and government cybersecurity guidelines.</li><li>Secure &nbsp;cloud-based networks (AWS VPC, Azure VNets, GCP Cloud VPNs) and hybrid connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments.</li><li>Configure firewall rules, security groups, and IAM roles for &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Implement &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;zero-trust network architectures and secure tunneling protocols</li><li>Integrate cloud security posture management (CSPM) and continuous compliance tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain network backup strategies, configuration snapshots, and restore procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and application teams to ensure secure and reliable deployment of new services.</li></ul><div><b>Key Skills</b></div><ul><li>Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in network administration, configuration, and cybersecurity operations.</li><li>Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level LAN/WAN infrastructures and firewall configurations.</li><li>Experience in implementing and maintaining VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and secure remote access solutions.</li><li>Exposure to network monitoring, VAPT, and security compliance frameworks.</li><li>Experience managing hybrid or cloud network environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Hands-on experience in geospatial or data center networks supporting high-volume data transfers.</li><li>Prior experience working with government or critical infrastructure projects.</li><li>Relevant certifications must.</li></ul><p style="margin-right:15.6pt;"><b>&nbsp;</b></p><p style="margin-right:15.6pt;"><b>Educational Qualification:</b>&nbsp; Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Computer Science Engineer or Information Systems OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics &amp; Communication, with professional certification in network security</p><div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Location:</strong> Bangalore (Onsite- Yelahanka)</div>
