Sales Executive E-commerce

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – E-commerce to accelerate online sales growth, manage marketplace operations, and expand our digital customer base. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms, strong analytical capability, and a proven track record in online sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Sales & Marketplace Management

• Manage and grow sales across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other online channels.
  
• Identify new online business opportunities, partnerships, and marketplace expansions.
  
• Handle product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and catalog optimization.
  
• Monitor daily sales performance, analytics, and competitor activity.
  

Digital Coordination & Customer Experience

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, digital ads, and promotional activities.
  
• Ensure excellent customer experience through timely responses and order fulfillment.
  
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
  

Sales Targets & Reporting

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and marketplace insights.
  
• Analyze trends to recommend improvements in pricing, listings, and promotions.
