Job Role: HR Recruiter – Logistics

Job Description

• Handle recruitment activities for logistics-related positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct telephonic and initial candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for logistics roles.
• Communicate job requirements, salary details, and other employment terms to candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
  

• Experience in logistics recruitment is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Marathi and English language proficiency preferred.
• Good sourcing, screening, and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  
  

• Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
• Experience: Logistics recruitment preferred; freshers can apply
