Your Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day order management, including receiving customer orders, cleaning orders, removing order blocks, processing change requests and managing order releases.
The Role Needs
- Administer day-to-day activities of customer order management.
- Display a customer-centric attitude and maintain strong customer relationships, specifically.
- Ensure clean and accurate data entry and analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience systems and processes.
- Scrutinize PO details to ensure completeness and accuracy of Sale order generation.
- Upload PO into SAP effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the order management process.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
- Previous experience in the order booking process or a related field is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
- Experience in CRM would be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
