Job Description
This is the permanent role with a Valued client of Response Informatics in MedTech
We’re looking for a Lead SDET to join the QA team of a U.S.-based product company in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, permanent role on client payroll (not a contract or third-party role).
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Lead the automation efforts, ensuring top-notch software quality.
- Build and enhance Cypress-based automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to design and implement robust test strategies.
- Work on CI/CD integration and test execution metrics (Jira, Jenkins, etc.).
- Ensure complete test coverage across APIs, UI, and workflows.
- Contribute to high-performing agile teams and support cross-browser and performance testing.
- 9–15 years of experience in QA/testing.
- 5+ years hands-on with Cypress and JavaScript.
- Strong experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- API testing experience (Postman/Rest Assured).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git, TestNG).
- Exposure to AWS services and Python is a big plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading QA efforts for enterprise applications.
