Job Role: Production / Quality Engineer

Job Description

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit.
Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Use Vernier Calipers, Micrometres, and other measuring instruments to inspect product dimensions.
Conduct in-process quality checks and verify product samples.
Ensure finished products meet required quality standards and specifications.
Identify production inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment and production-related issues.
Recommend suitable solutions to resolve production problems.
Support maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.
Help reduce machine downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Prepare daily production reports and quality control documentation.
Maintain machine maintenance and inspection records.
Coordinate with engineers, production staff, and other teams.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and company standards.
Support the team in achieving production and quality targets.
